Lorraine's Bakery is located on Dexter Avenue. I had a chance to speak with manager Keira and owner Lorraine Richie, and they both were really nice.

I adored the window display, the piano, and the beach ball-themed summer décor. It's a charming little bakery with ice cream!

I enjoyed hearing about Lorraine's marriage, their family's relocation to Montgomery, their shared love of baking, and their faith. They had a difficult time selling their house before leaving New Jersey. There was a buyer who was looking for a dream home, and then a miracle happened. The two families' dreams come true.

What started as a family hobby became a company.

There are many different treats in Lorraine's Bake Shop, including ice cream, cookies, and muffins. This is definitely for you if you appreciate pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and gluten-free foods.

My family and I got to try a couple of their treats. They were enjoyable to me. As fall approaches, trying out some pumpkin and gingerbread cookies and cakes with your family is a terrific idea. I sampled the pumpkin spice coffee cake, chocolate chip cookie, snickerdoodle cookie, and gingerbread oatmeal cream pie. I liked the snickerdoodle cookie, and my daughter did too. Without a doubt, I would get more.

Parents make sure to get the kids an ice cream cone the next time you are in the downtown area. While you're there, grab one of your own.

For those who are not close, there is good news: shipping will be available soon.
