My name is Tosha Hornbuckle, the author of Finesse Your Fine: Transforming Your Life Heart, Mind and Body, CEO of Finesse Your Fine Fitness, founder of Be You On Purpose (a nonprofit organization to build self-esteem in our relationships and to mentor young adults on building and having healthy relationships), and founder of Finesse Your Fine Inc.

 I am a wellness coach, personal trainer, and mother of 2 beautiful children Jada and Austin.

Throughout my life I had the gift to help motivate others. When I had my life pitfalls, I was able to turn my mess into a message, and my trials and test into a testimony. 

 I train and coach individuals on how to workout and eat healthy,  but my ultimate goal is to help them to not only be healthy physically, but mentally ,spiritually, and emotionally. It is sometimes not just the pounds you carry, but it can also be the people, toxic relationships, and the baggage that can hold you down too.

Finesse Your Fine, is about redefining who you are heart, mind, and body. My partner in life and in business , Michael Smith, wanted a program to help motivate people in every area in life. We have a detox program , meal planning ,workout regimens, and for our sexy couples, fitness program (Wet).

We want to change the way people look at fitness . We want people to understand that being healthy in your heart, mind, and body is the recipe for good living.

About my book: My book, Finesse Your Fine Transforming Your Life Heart Mind and Body, is about radical permanent change, and about your relationship with others. It teaches you to distinguish if the you surrounding yourself people adding value to your life or is it toxic or healthy? It also talks how to Finesse your flock to become my healthier in your heart for an overall healthier lifestyle. I talk about how important it is to love yourself and tell yourself this daily. 

I also discuss about your relationship with your body: you don't have to be a size two to be healthy or be a gym junkie but you do have to create healthy eating habits, stay active, and be consistent. Although having abs and muscles is great, but living an overall healthier lifestyle will give you life.

 I have a discussion about relationship with your food:

Food is for fuel to give you energy, I will give advice on how to change those bad eating habits, detoxing and resting your digestive system. I also provide three different meal plans you can follow.

Transforming your heart, mind, and body is about spiritual growth, understanding who you are, and living a life of purpose. I share my story on  how my marriage failed, relationships ended, how I was abused, and broken ,but how God brought me through and cleaned me and made me whole.


This book goal is to encourage people, especially women.  It will teach them, even if you struggle with weight issues ,depression, low self-esteem ,brokenness, you can overcome it. You don't have to look for conformation from society or anyone, but look within yourself, love yourself, and walk in your purpose.
