You say goals, but can you handle the problems, that comes with it?

On social media and on the television most people may seem to have it together, and living the perfect dream life. It can become so easy to compare your average relationship with someone who seems to have all the name brand things, driving all the fancy cars, and taking several vacations.

Don't believe everything you see on social media. Many people live for the validation of their peers and followers. I have realized that many portray a life online allowing others to think their lives are what they wish to have.

With social media being a platform of showing off and portraying what relationships and life should be like, but remember love is not measured in social media likes and shares.

Remember on social media, people will show you only what they want you to see.

The next time you type "relationship goals" make sure you keep a mind set, of what you think you see are not superficial aspects of a couple. Are you able to survive what that couple have to go through? Are you able to take the different levels of problems and trials they encounter?

I am sure you may are asking, "how can they pretend with vacations and clothes"? People will put themselves in debt and not have their priorties in the right place, to portray a fake luxurious life.

The same couple that takes the cute matching outfits or the beautiful sunset photos, maybe the same couple who don't have a happy home behind close doors. The couples who seldom upload romantic photos and rarely post nothing to declare their love, are actually happier.

Then, there are the couples, who tough out the hard times, and keep fighting quietly on their problems.

This is why you shouldn't be so quick to type "#Relationship Goals", on photos posted online. The relationship is not quite as perfect as it may seem to appear online.
