It brings me great pleasure to watch Simone Biles Owens on TV. A true fan supporting her while she succeeds on and off the mat. We are honoring her for being an icon, a dedicated young lady, a role model for young girls who resemble her, and a classy representative of her country.

I adore the way she has supported and encouraged both her rivals and colleagues, demonstrating humility and leadership alike. I respect her for being strong when others would have only found faults to criticize. My suggestion, for those who most likely aren't even capable of a cartwheel, is keep your mouth off people kids.

I like how she demonstrates to adults and children alike that it's okay to choose self-care and to be human.

It must be really stressful to be a public figure and a role model, yet like a diamond, she turned out "beautifully."

Her recent retirement announcement had me feeling both happy and sad. I'm sad because this Olympics was our last time seeing her there to perform. She has a legacy to be proud of, one that her family, fans, and she can all appreciate. This young lady has worked so hard, been so dedicated, and has maintained such a positive attitude, which makes me glad. She has inspired us all with her courage and humility.

Her smile lights the entire room. She encourages youth to strive toward their objectives. Her advocacy for mental health, which I believe both athletes and non-athletes neglect, is greatly appreciated.

Despite the criticism of her gorgeous hair, her followers, such as me, appreciate that she accepts her natural hair, something many are often times criticized for.

Remember that this young lady is a Gold Medalist the next time you criticize her hairstyle or personal life. "She deserves her flowers now".
