I recently had the chance to chat with the incredible Savauna, the owner of Paradise Park Atlanta. Seriously, this woman is amazing – a phenomenal mom, a successful businesswoman, and such a supportive listener! Getting to know her and her family's story was one of the best parts of working on my blog. You know how it is – so many products, trainers, and companies try to sell you a dream, but they're not always being totally honest about their own experiences. Savauna is completely different. She genuinely lives the lifestyle she promotes, and it was inspiring! Hearing about her journey totally motivated me to make some positive changes in my own life.

Paradise Park is an amazing black-owned sanctuary – eight acres of private estate with a cabin and farm just 25 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. Can you even imagine? It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. It's ideal for moms needing a break, couples looking for a romantic getaway, coworkers wanting a team-building experience, or even bridal parties. They don't offer overnight stays, but they can definitely point you towards some great recommendations nearby.

What do they *offer*? Honestly, the better question is what *don't* they offer? They tailor their services to your individual needs – from pre-assessments to help you clarify your wellness goals, to internal work like mindfulness and detox practices, to external treatments like bodywork and spa experiences. You leave with a personalized plan to keep the good vibes going!

We all get caught up in the daily grind, right? But after talking to Savauna, it’s clear that customer service and creating an exceptional experience are their top priorities.
